and I say "was" .. he got busted not so long afterwards for growing and dealing dope .... Poetic justice eh ??? lmaol
Still, if it weren't for un-insured drivers.. I think most of everyone elses insurance policys would drop in price

Grrrr makes me so angry, uninsured drivers are scum. Makes you wonder why we bother paying to insure our cars because when this kind of thing happens they just get away with it and we still have to pay up.

At the end of the day you are probably going to have to claim on your insurance maybe lose your NCB and either way the insurance co will screw you over with the premium next year even if it wasn't your fault.

Sure they could find out his insurance details, and if he is insured TPO on other cars, then claim...
