Right Chris I'm not being a bellend mate, I'm currently on to my second clio turbo conversion and know how much it costs to do something correct so rather than see you spending a lot of hard earned cash to make the components you have work I'm trying to steer you in the right direction.
The manifold you have linked to on ebay is a t25/t28 manifold and is the same one that is available from ktec for considerably more. The only other version available is ktecs own manifold which is also for t25/t28 turbos.
The guy in the youtube vids is Scoff he built a hybrid f4r clio engine running a shorter crank which lowered both capacity and compression ratio. He ran this with stock pistons and rods untill 400+bhp when it snapped a rod. Running uprated rods and standard pistons he made 550bhp at a rolling road day I attended last year. He's since changed alot of things for this years drag season.
Anyway hes putting 20+psi of boost through his realistically (unless you go for a low comp set up) the most you will be able to put through yours running standard CR is 7/8psi as per both Ktecs and engine dynamics low boost conversions the problem with such a large turbo is the amount of turbo lag you will encounter you'll probably be looking at 5k+ rpm before it spools up. You will also find that a turbo of that size will no fit between the bulkhead and the engine like mine below
To run a turbo that size Scoff made a custom manifold that brought the turbo round above the gear box.
Have a read through Ashy's thread below he's done the same as Scoff but not to the same extreme levels.
