Thought i'd do one as im bored.

Brought it in Jan, however Im not 17 til july :eek:

Its a 2002 1.2 16v Extreme.

Only done a few little mods so far...

Removed extreme badge, RS grille, bee sting aerial.

Latest thing I have done is CF badges all round, silvervisions and aero wipers..

Also brought a set of 172 alloys and in the process of refurbing them :)

Colour I chose was ford graphite grey..

Oh, and i fitted a new headunit and mahooooooooosive sub, which will probably be hated on but ill post it anyway :rasp:

Things to do are:

Fit my apex 40mm springs :(
Get alloys on with LY diamonds
LY Bullets
Tint at some point
172 rear bumper at some point + sport interior


That's all so far :D

I've been 17 since feb but I can't drive mine by myself cos I'm still learning to drive... it's so frustrating walking past it every day to go for buses!!

i was 17 in december and passed my test in march, its an amazing feeling mate, i have been gatherring bits for mine because i dont like doing wee bits at a time id rather get stuff done all together haha, but im a weirdo like that:eek: get in on the groupbuy on the coilies mate!

car is looking good mate, i have a dynamique and am going for the same thing as you, except white bullets, mirror covers and wheels and diamonds, you going to be colour coding the side strips and that?

It's not that had tbh, i am a complete noob and managed it.
Suppose it helped having a spare set of alloys to do it at my own pace though.

Yeah it will, but I kinda dont want it to cos exams will be closer :(

I had built up a collection in my bedroom but i was bored one day and did stuff haha. I'd rather wait to be insured then decide on coilies and stuff :)

Sounds good, I was going to do white but the thought of cleaning them constantly put me off :rasp:

I had thought about colour coding but I kinda like the plastic as it mixes well with the CF and alloys.

Ford Graphite grey is one of my favorite colours for wheels! Looks crackin fella.

I passed back in November :) Such an awesome feeling!

Love the badges and wheels mate.

Only really works on black cars though, gutted to be me.

Its a c*** having to walk past that everyday. I bought my car a few months before my test aswell so I know how it feels :p

You've done a cracking job with this so far, lowering it will make a serious difference.

Although (not to be a killjoy) aren't you going to struggle with insurance at 17 with all the mods?

Im not sure on the splitter yet, standard one seems fine to be me and yellow fogs are planned aswell :)

Yeah, im still not sure on putting the springs on before getting quotes, such a pain :(

dnt bother with the white wheels mate will look shite as the 172 wheels are to chunky. I like it as it is you have done well, would loose the yellow though bud maybe do black bullets with graphite detail and black wheel diamonds? seems abit pointless to have a stealthy carbon car with bright yellow badges

I don't want it fully stealth, needed brightening up and I thought they would be perfect colour :)
