My Cup vs A Deer

Deer Wins!

I was happily plodding along while singing my song, when all of a sudden...BANG! A huge arse deer rang in front of the car and I walloped its back end and made it fly!

My first natural instinct was "s**t the car" as I really don't care about some stupid dumb animal. I pulled over to have a wee little look, expecting the worse I was already in my mind counting the £££’s goodbye! But actually when I saw it, it really wasn't that bad.

Damage - Bonnet, headlight, splitter, grill

Repairable - Grill, Splitter (if I can find the other half)

Cost - £90 for new bonnet, £50 for new headlight.

I'm going to repair it all myself so the actually total costs are not that high!

Overall it was a lovely day and I have to say the car does look pretty god damn mean now! lol

Nah the Deer limped off in to the woods, so I quickly rushed back home, got the shotgun and tried to find it lol But the fucker escaped!

Nah bumper is fine. I need to take it all off anyway and re-fit it all, it might need some fibreglass work but I should imagine it will be all ok.

The car should be back to perfection hopefully by the weekend...but nothing ever runs smoothly in my life so lol god knows!

The car looks worse then it is, the dirt,blood and hair don't really help the situation.

I would of been pissed off if the car could not run, I live in the middle of no where and I NEED the car to get me out of the house. No Car either means 10mile hike or £20 taxi!

It's the fourth Deer I've hit since driving. two in my 1.2 and two in the cup, also the cup has claimed a fox.

Deer just piss me off, they are so f**king stupid it's unreal.

I would only tell the insurance if the car was a write off, as apart from that I can get sorted a lot cheaper then going by the insurance. As fot the "bits", all my mods are covered so I got no worries there.

At the moment I'm actually running low on cash due to buying to much for the car lol I just spent £130 for bonnet & light.
