My DIY engine bay

It's only a temporary idea until I sort something a bit more permanent but I had a spare airbox elbow and breather kicking about so gave it a bash!

The results...

Ryan, no it isn't mate, that's the standard marks from Renault I believe?

I'm not 100% on it either but hey ho, it's simple to swap back! Did think of doing it red, maybe I will yet...?

strange, it's on both the reservoirs up there and their lids. It's almost as though they're marked to say they've been checked.

yeah the marks are renault qc marks u'll find them all over the car there's loads on the wheel hubs.

i like the engine cover not too sure on the elbow it'd look better in silicone or left black imo.

dont do it red I think it always looks good body colour.

paint the inlet plenum black or have it polished (black paint is the quicker / cheaper option but still looks good)

I thought as much mate, about the qc marks.

I am sorting my IK elbow options as we speak so it'll soon be removed for good, lol!

The plenum will be changing too when £££'s allow
