My First Car - Clio 1.2 16v Dynamique :)



  Renault Clio 16v 1.2
2 Previous owners with 51000 miles on the clock.

- Full !!!!! Service.

Mods so far:
- RS grill.
- KT-Racing performance panel filter.
- Bosch aerotwins.
- Part of interior wrapped with 3m di-noc carbon wrap.
- Body painted plastics.
- Alloys re-furbished in anthracite.
- All Badges including 16v badge in anthracite.
- Upgrade to LED sidelights, fog lights numberplate light, interior lights and boot light.
- 3/4 full length front numberplate and standard size rear numberplate.

Future plans:
- Wax-oil.
- Lowering - Probably Eibach sportlines.
- 6000k HID's and more of the lights converted to LED's.
- Silver-visions.

I will have to get some up to date pictures since these pictures were taken before the modifications started.

I quite like the Dynamique/RS-172 style wheels in anthracite, I do think the fire extinguisher in a non-stripped car is a bit odd? I imagine it'd do bugger all unless you've got extinguisher lines very well hidden around the cabin?

Looks a very tidy example too, nice one :)

Stunning.

Nice and clean, simple effective mods. Wheels look ace, tyres are clean.... (shame about the ditch finders on the front ;) ).

Just needs a little drop as 99% of cars on the road do, but I guess insurance might be your problem there.

Good effort though !!

Cheers for the awsumee comments, lowering it on eibach sportlines or coilovers once ive started driving since insurance is at a sky high at the mo for young drivers :)

Very nice !!!! This is how i'm after mine, just less anthrice more blackkk.
admiral and elephant are cheapest insurance for me :)

Cheers guys, Its looking like admiral insurance for me at the moment as well, 3m di-noc carbon rap is a cheap and effective mod, takes most of the day to do but worth the effort! :)

P.S nice car looks just like mine but mine nautical blue with fucked plates lol

Had the plastics colour coded, alloys and badges sprayed by my dads mate at Citroen in the body shop as a bara job as he owed my dad a few favours. Got the plastics and alloys done for about £45 - Stupidly cheap as he only wanted some beer money. :)

Cheers mate, cost me 1350 from my old man's garage, it was going up trade price for 2800 so I'me glad I got it when I did, my dad didn't think that I was interested in clio's! :)

Update of things ive done:
Interior:

- Carbon fibre rap dash strips, gear inserts and bits.
- Passenger footrest mounted fire extinguisher.
- Led interior bulbs all around.
- CS small interior stickers.

Exterior:

- Bosch aero twins.
- Plastics colour-coded.
- All badges refurbished in anthracite.
- Alloys shot blasted and refurbished in anthracite.
- Bullets colour-coded and 16v refurbished in anthracite.
- Custom size numberplate's (Fancyplates.com).
- Led side lights, fog lights and numberplate light.
- TRS tow strap (Red).

Engine:

- Fully serviced.
- KTR performance panel filter.

Suspension:

-

Brakes:

- Fully stripped and serviced.
- Callipers and carriers painted.

Other:

- Magic tree.
