My housemate has lost her car keys (and the spare)

  Honda Civic Vtec 1.6
My housemate has lost her key to her 1.2 2002 plate clio

Renault has quoted her 150 quid for a replacement which she has payed but they are asking for an access key

is this same as an ignition key?

Ignore my stupidity if this is a stupid question but i'm rather drunk as i have just got in from the pub and things ain't making sense - plus family guy is on so i'm kinda watching that out of one eye :)

Regards Craig

P.s not sure how I have made this in Italics but i'm quite impressed :)

I have never heard of an access key neither, she has probably got mixed up.

The problem she has also is that the car is abandoned next to her dads at the moment (she hasn't got any key to even get in) and renault have said it will cost 40 quid to tow it down to the local renault garage, is this normal practice?
