My new 197 delivery date

Had a delivery date of 11th june in time for FCS... Got a phone call today telling me its not gonna be till 21st june... Cutting it a bit fine... Dont really wanna go to FCS in the DCI!!

Anyone else had any problems with delivery dates slipping

Did they give u a reason to why the delivery date has been lengthened?

Gonna be cutting it tight for getting to FCS, don't think I've heard of anyone else delivery date slipping.

My 197 slipped by a month which was unexplained, although it did actually arrive into dealer stock 2 weeks early in the end. I kept on that them to turn it around quickly once they got it in.

Unlucky mate. Mine has gone exactly as advised when I ordered it. Mine is in the country and will be at my dealer next week ...

i ordered mine end of feb, was first told mid april now its may some time , think its just down to the factory being swamped with orders

Mine came early so I dont think its the factory, I order it in February and it came into the dealer mid march

i think its dependant on spec sometimes.

did u order recaros? have heard of some issues with parts supply for them.

Sometimes a car can reach the import centre and have a slight problem with it, etc. so they will rectify the fault at the IC instead of it being sent to the dealer. Its in your best interest at the end of the day that any problem is dealt with at the earliest opportunity.

mine has a fair amount of options , it better come soon cos the tyres on the current car are about fooked and im not paying for new ones

isnt unusual for the date to be put back. Sure there are a whole host of reasons why it happens.
