My New Addition (First Detail)

  Golf R/Leon FR
Well not really new, I've had the car just over a month now. Really liking it, (especially the saving on fuel :))
I know a lot on here will say its boring etc, but for the miles I do for work, it was the best choice for me.
So much better than the Clio, build quality, ride etc all great! I do miss the rawness and fun from the ph1 172 and will own another in the future.

Anyway the A3 is the 2.0 TDI 140 bhp version. It has 66k miles, FSH with Audi.
Gave it its first proper detail today, spent 4 hours on it and it came up really good.

Method used:
- 2 bucket method
- Washed with AG Shampoo
- Rinsed and dried using waffle weave
- Clay bar'd (i dont think it has been clayed before)
- Rinsed again
- Engine cleaned with AG Engine and Machine cleaner
- Polished with AG SRP
- Waxed with Nattys Paste Wax

Nice! Although i hate detailing cars this sort of colour as its very hard to make them look any different from when you first start.

Looks good though!

If I'd have remembered to take before pics, there is a noticeable difference, but I know what you mean.
