My new black 172

Picked this up last nite.. had it for what i thought was a good price and i love it, although it does need a good clean lol...

Plans are to spray the wheels anthracite, wilwood 4pot breaks, 182 style exhaust system and maybe a ktec cage

Leave the 182 zaust mate,a lot of effort to make it look like something it isnt.
Go for the stealth look with a single zaust like a yozza or ktec stealth.

whatdid youstepupfrom? Apart from that it looks mint enjoy it!

i love the look at the 182 exhausts mate so i really want one.. had a corsa gsi and vitara 4x4 before this so quite a big upgrade lol

cool i upgraded from a 1.2 about 4 weeks back too.

Fair enough if it's what you want then the effort and ££££ is worth it i guess.

That's ideally what I want if I don't get an a3. Good buy.

Also with the 182 exhaust do it if that's what you want as it's your car, it'll make you like the car even more and look spot on. It might confuse ppl with the 172 wheels but still will look nice

yeah its completly standard apart from its lowered 30mm all round which is an added bonus as it saves me getting springs for it. Any ideas how the auto wipers work lol?

im pretty sure they work the same as the auto light.

flick on flick off, flick on flick off. do this quickly and they should work.

tried this and i cant seem to get it to work.. with the lights it gives a beep to let me know its worked but when i do it with the wipers nothing happens

wheels refurb and that will be nice, i'd leave the 182 style exhaust tho they usually look pish and uneven.

looks really nice that mate..got a thing for standard black 172's at the minute..love the standard clean shiny wolf in sheeps clothing look. Nice upgrade from previous cars too!

I came from a basic x reg 1.3 fiesta with a steering wheel and some pedals to my 182 hah.
