More importantly what does it go like? 130bhp as standard porsher developed as well i believe.

ok i give in, yup 440 1.7 turbo, had cams, port polish, forged pistons, converted to carb, thats about it for the moment, got a t3 rollerbearing and a custom made front mount on the way, but will be december before i get em, as i only payed a deposit as im broke :D
 


With the fuel injection in place they are difficult to take over 1 bar of boost. Its actually cheaper to tune the stock 1.4 GTT lump for more power. The only benefit from the 1.7 volvo unit is a little more torque as its got more cubes.

As you can see from the pics the injection has been removed and a GTT carb has been used instead.

dont know what bhp, might have it rr at some point, but drove it in the wet the other night and pretty much have to keep it off of boost, otherwise even with 17s there are traction probs :D, in the dry it just grips and goes,
