I was there with girlfriend all day.

Racing was spot on, especially the final BTCC race where the clouds came in, it started getting dark and then it started thundering & lightening. It made the experience even better. Wicked atmosphere.

The Pit lane girls were a bit disapointing! but the racing was great especially the BTCC!

And i counted 3 CTR engine failures (whats happend to the reliability?)

LOL you dirty old men! I was there with Amanda but got there a bit late, just in time to catch the first BTCC race which was wicked. We didnt even have a zoom lens or binoculars and she spotted VBH doing the interviews down on the grid... but to an old hand like me whos chatted to her at Santa Pod, Brand Hatch etc its all old hat

i got some pics of the day, havent uploaded them yet. i thought the day was quite good, but after a couple of races it gets a bit boring watching cars going round the track. had a walk round the garages which was pretty cool, didnt see Vicky Butler though! damn! left just as the heavens were opening. would be interested in the driving courses though.

Did anyone here with a Cup go as I saw one near mine bu cant remember the reg. Sad tho it sounds walking passed the car parks was fun spotting different cars from WRXs, Astra triple 8s, Focus RS, Evos etc.

Did anyone see the Lotus Carlton at the Vauxhall stand - was in very good nick considering how old it is.
