Need help ASAP Will Wheels Fit?

My friends is selling some superturismos and i want them coz hes selling them cheap but not sure if they will fit my clio. I have an 03 Clio 1.2 Expression.

Wheel info:
Rim Width: RJ
Tyre Width: 195
Rim Diameter: 16"
Aspect Ratio: 45
Offset 37
Load Index: 84
Studs: 4
Stud Diameter: 108

Would be very grateful for a quick reply as my mate with a ford fiesta knows they will fit but said i can have them if they will fit mine.

nope
wrong stud diameter

clios are 100 (4x100) whereas ford are 4x108 (obviously if 4 stud)
