Carbon looks way better , do they only make fake stuff for that model ? Or just economising?Much better than the red

Understand thatA carbon dash from GBS is £300. I'd love to have the real thing, but I ain't paying that
Cheers KevLove the work mate. Enjoying the insta updates.
Cheers Vicky, yeah the red definitely had to go!Love this! So jealous as I want a kit car badly but at 4 cars we just don’t have the space now.
I like all the carbon wrapped bits, they’re much improved over the red!

Make the space for one
Hmmm yeahh maybe notIt definitely looks much better for it!
Ha, that’d mean kicking his RS6 out of the garage...never going to happen
Cheers mate. It's not 3M no, it's a brand called KPMF. Im impressed with it so far.James are you using 3m carbon wrap ?
It works really well and have to say your transformation is looking great .
Nice find on the tyres too , are you running 13 or 15" wheels ?

I think the taking bits off and putting it back on again will probably be almost as much fun as driving it. It's one thing I really missed with the M3, being able to just tinker and not worry about breaking something or affecting its value etcReading this is making me realise how much I want to get my garage sorted and get something to do a bit of spannering on. Damn.
It's not as bad as you think mate. Especially on flatish panels! Give it a go!Looks great that. I want to wrap the roof of my Escort but worried about f**king it up lol
Think im going for red instead of orange, although orange is temptingThe matt grey body, black arches and orange wheels would be an epic combo.
I've got two tubs of nuts n bolts I've taken off. Garunteed there will be a handful left over lolBut... but.... you're adding weight to the car! You'll need to remove some bolts to compensate, get rid of half the ones holding the wishbones on, it'll be fine.
Have you not seen the mess I've made of mine 😂I tried to learn to wrap on a arch. Gave up.
Come wrap mine....
You didn't see mine....Have you not seen the mess I've made of mine 😂
Cheers mate, and yeah, I can't wait! Really need the pull my finger out over the next couple of weeksComing along really well mate, bet you’re itching to get it out!
Yeah that is a concern. Will see how it goes. May have to put bit of a heat shield onHow will that wrap fare against the zorst?
This is a proper project, bet it'll be unbeatable fun on track.
The passenger could hang their arm out onto it yeah. They'll only do it once thoughIf you were sat at the traffic lights and started resting your arm on the side could you accidentally touch the exhaust or is it super awkward to do that from inside the car?
Something I've wondered for a while
