Had 2 of these, last one was a rev 3 turbo in Caribbean blue, previous to that was a rev 2 turbo in red.

Great cars, will have another one day.

yours looks to be in good nick, just be careful in it as others have said.

First few bits on order





Plan is to update the Ignition system dizzy etc oil + filter change spark plugs HT leads .

Then update the Suspension all round with new discs and pads ( Yellow Stuff ) .

May get a new rad and look in to a new intercooler .

Also was thinking suspension but looking at the stock shocks and springs and top mounts this is around £ 750

So am thinking Coilovers as mad as it sounds works out cheaper ???

Thanks it is fun to drive even in the wet LOL .

Will be fitting all new ignition on Saturday then with the intercooler and the boost turned up to 1.2 bar should see 320 ish BHP enough for a under 5 sec 0-60 and min 11 sec for 0-100

Yeah don't know as its fast enough LOL

The stock I/C is not the best and with the engine tuned it would be a good plan if I don't tweek the boost too .

Did get offered a charge cooler too but that was £650 .

Loads of the people I know think intercoolers give you more power just from fitting them..lol! Standard setups are adequate on a lot of cars even when tuned.

With 1.2 bar and I/C being in the rear it cant be a bad thing to change it for a bigger one!

Yeah just so I know it will be cooling ok on the set up it has at the mo then I can up the boost later if I want but suspension and breaks will be first .

The fact that it does not have ABS / TC / ESP just makes it all the more fun .

Might put off fitting the I/C for later as its a pig of a job that needs the A/C belt and bracket off
