New front discs should I use old DS2500s

I read that DS2500s should out last two or three pairs of discs. So I should be able to just refit the old pads and fit some new discs no problem? Is this right or is it new pads time - they've still got 50% left on em.

Yeah should be fine, I've seen plenty of people on here go through a couple of pairs of discs by the time the pads are finished with.
