This is a dial:

DSCF0001%20%28Small%29.jpg

You need unmount it, behind we find 8 screw "torx" (like a "star"):

DSCF0002%20%28Small%29.jpg

Remove the black panel:

DSCF0003%20%28Small%29.jpg

Turn it over and remove transparent frontage:

DSCF0004%20%28Small%29.jpg

Now you need to remove needles. Before you need locate needles with a piece scotch tape. To remove needles, use a fork and make lever but take care not to stripe the dial with the fork! the needles are strongly attached so take care of your eyes, it can jump high sometimes:

DSCF0005%20%28Small%29.jpg

Needles are out:

DSCF0006%20%28Small%29.jpg

Now you can remove the white panel:

DSCF0007%20%28Small%29.jpg

Now you must unweld the first led (orange). Take care of Polarity Almost DEL are in the same direction, Mark it on paper before remove. You need a (soldering iron ?) and tweezers

you must liquify tin and remove DEL with tweezers

DSCF0009%20%28Small%29.jpg

All the the DEL to change are in pink on picture:

DSCF0007_2%20%28Small%29.jpg

DEL you need are CMS (or SMD) 1206.

Pour ce qui est du sens, sur le circuit sont présents des "K" ou des doubles traits selon les versions aux emplacement des LEDs et indiquent la cathode. Sur la LED la cathode est généralement indiquée par un trait vert.

Now you have your new dial:

Hope you understand!

It's not to hard if you are manual! The only big difficulty is the needles. you must be patient if you don't want to break it! :)

Looking good, wish I had the balls to do some of this stuff, The dials and seats are lovely. I'd be too scared of making a mess to start ripping my seats apart like that. Good luck and keep us updated

Hey, how did you change the LED displays to Blue?
