I've got £1.3 million and it took me ages to earn it lol. I've got most of the businesses, properties and a jets etc but I've had to play the game quite a lot to get there. I spend most of my time now fighting randoms in free mode, which I'm slowly getting good at.

Just completed the Casino Heist. First bunch of randoms kept getting killed but my second crew were awesome. Felt quite an achievement at the end of it all!

It it worth going on for? I loved the last heist but haven’t been on in a good year.

Yes and no for me... It's a good heist and there's lots of prep work, and doing the heist is pretty fun too. I think I earned about £800k at the end of it. Main issue for me is Rockstar hasn't recognised that I've done the heist so I'm unable to get the discounts on the vehicles like I'm meant to. If you play through last week and this week they're giving you £2m for free, although you're a bit late for that one.
I'm playing on Xbox yeah, I'm TwoStepTony.

Started playing the solo game since the start of lockdown.

Just bought the pier and finished the mission to find all the Sub parts for the bird and she gave me $10. I got angry and shot the b**ch in the back of the head.

Clever idea though as I guess those missions for Michael and Franklin are just to map the outside of the island.

Is that the right thing to do?

Yeah, they don't appear on the map so they're great for killing griefers.

These things are ridiculous! You barely need to brake for corners, just let off the throttle. The brakes are biblical when you do use them. Only downsides are the low top speed and you can't use weapons in them

Anyone know which armoured car this icon is? Looked like a muscle car.

I shot it multiple times with a deluxo's rockets and with explosive sniper rounds and it didn't blow up. It had rockets fitted. Wasn't a hacker because he did die. It had a slit in the front armoured windscreen. I need to get one! It is very OP

Just a guess, but Weaponised Tampa?

No the gta wiki says the Tampa blows up with a single explosive

The only weaponised muscle car I can think of apart from the Duke o Death.

My armoured vehicle of choice in GTA is the Nightshark, it goes well and handles well, and can take more rockets than the Oppressor can carry, and it has machine guns that the driver can operate, you can also weaponise it by throwing some stickie bombs on it and detonate them next to people without blowing yourself up.

Oh and it shows as a normal vehicle on the map, I’ve been accused of modding loads of times by tryhards frustrated at not being able to blow me up on their broomsticks

I like the Nightshark too, but if I've got a passenger I choose the Insurgent Pickup Custom. That thing is deadly, especially with land mines.

Oh yeah same here with a passenger, can cause carnage in a session with the insurgent, went on a rampage with one once and lasted ages before someone took us out with the orbital cannon

So that icon is used for the Ruiner 2000, which I have. BUT it is not available with a bulletproof windscreen, unless there is some way to upgrade it I don't know about.

The icon could also be used by another car, I don't know.

Also, I haven't used the Ruiner for a while but I don't remember it being able to absorb multiple rockets.

I was thinking fully loaded ruiner but that doesn’t have an armoured windscreen? There’s a way to get that car without doing the mission btw, people use it to counter mk2 griefers

Yeah I just did the fully loaded mission and it didn't have the armoured windscreen! LOL I don't know, maybe it was some other mission vehicle. There was loads of turreted limos in the lobby when he had that vehicle, so probably a mission involving them.

mk2 guys never really bother me. The deluxos rockets work way better than the mk2 ones. So just spam a few and it locks on to them easier than theirs lock on to the deluxo

I'm starting to take the combat side of GTA a bit more seriously than I used to. I've been watching loads of YouTube videos getting tips from the top players. I'm becoming pretty decent although I still get my ass kicked every now and then. My problem is I'm just not quick enough on the controls when it comes to using the interactive menu and switching weapons etc.
You know you're getting better when your inbox is full of griefers crying about getting killed lol.

The weapon select wheel does my head in. Get out your car, select a weapon ready to fight... nothing. Try to re-select... DEAD

Either that or I get a bloody phone call as I'm trying to snipe


I found an awesome snipers den in one of the towers yesterday. You can't fly straight in, so no choppers or jets can touch you, police can't get there, but there are a few gaps you can snipe out of, either down to the street or the air. A jet kept coming after me so I went in there and sniped it with the explosive sniper rounds. And even if someone finds how to get in, you would see them coming a mile off and could easily take them out in time. Oh and the orbital cannon can't hit you either

It's one of the buildings with construction works. There is a mesh covering most of the walls that you can't shoot through. You have to fly down in between the building and the mesh to get in, then you've got an empty floor of the building. I'll get some screenshots next time I'm on

It's that building but not that floor. You can fly a deluxo straight in and out and you can see the sky from one part to shoot jets etc. That's interesting that he can shoot through the mesh though because I tried it on the other floor and couldn't

I use that building for hiding... About half way up there's a roof you can land on where you can walk into the building by generators etc. Is that where you mean? ...Or is it a glitch?
