no spare key for my clio?

Just curious because i only have one key for my car but what would I have to do if i lost my only key to the car?

I assume i would need to get it to renault somehow and have all the locks changed and immobiliser changed etc? Any ideas how much that would cost?

I got one from my local cobbler/keycutter fella and it was £140. No need to change locks etc they just need the VIN number off your dash and proof of ownership
