noice.. aux belt tensioner time?

I have attached an MP3 of the noice my car makes at idle (and at all other speeds but it is easier to hear at idle). I am guessing that it is time for an aux belt kit but it would be nice to hear a second opinion before I do this job twice and replace the power steering pump or water pump

I recorded this with my phone so it's not the best quality. I stuck the phone in the right wheel well.

Has to be really bad then if my car sounds like a toilet I'll try to get a better recording tomorrow.

If it helps, this is mine with a tensioner problem:

it kind of sounds like that but without the belt slipping. I have found a better recording software for my phone.. I will have another go tomorrow

Would it be safe to remove the aux belt and see if it makes this noise without the belt? On any other car I would without asking but when the aux-belt can take out the cam-belt I am not taking any chances...
