NON CLIO Berlingo heater probs...

Sorry this is non clio but there arnet many van forums out there lol!

looking at this berlingo on ebay

Says the heater doesn't work, what is the likely possible cause?

would taking the dash out be a b*tch?

is there any chance i would have to take the engine out to repair it?

Need to find out why could be a number of things.
I'm guessing most likly matric is blocked up so dash off new one in not a difficult job just time consuming. Not that expensibe £50 or sdo in bits plus need coolent.
