Just taken out a policy with NUD and got a really good deal on it. Does anyone know there atitude towards mods like an IK and lowering? Id phone but its probably a bit late for that!

They didnt mind when I fitted a Magnex Cat back system. They just charged me an admin fee.

I dont know about other mods though.

IKs are about £80, and filters about £60 from my experience.

wat bout alloys?? i havent told them about mine, but im thinkin i should! i dont think theyre likely to get stolen but incase i crash, i dont want em not paying out!

i bin with NUD for the last year, (comign to renewal time)

and they are really expensive for mods i found,

i got a spankin deal for the policy, but mods are expensive if ur under 25

mite have to look elsewhere for renewal

I find it different with the type of car too, let alone the insurance company.

Had a saxo VTS, and it cost me £35 extra on my policy to fit an air filter, exhaust and lower it!!!!

Now I have my 172, i asked how much it would be to to lower it and quoted £130!! They can feck right off.

This is with the same insurance company btw
