Nice car, wish mine had the cruise and cabasse options :dapprove:

Nice one bud, really like the colour.

First thing you should buy for it is a spare pencil coil.

LOL, wish I would have known that when I first bought mine. I now carry two spare.

Btw nice motor mate I got my 1.6 about a month ago and it's doing me well at the moment. Just a shame mines 5dr, 3dr's (like yours) look a lot better.

I guess we're talking ignition coils, instead of plugs, they are VERY prone for going on 1.4/1.6's

would hammer a 1.2 16v, quicker than the dci untill 80, dci pulls quicker over 80mph. not sure if it handles as well as the dci, it felt better at first but then once i got back in the dci it felt better with the heavyer steering, although both are running cheap tyres at the moment so its hard to tell.

yeah agreed we had looked at a few 1.4 16v's for her too due to slightly cheaper insurance but didnt see the point when for the same price we could have the extra 10bhp and more torque so 1.6 it is, one thing i will say though is the mpg seems to be around the same as you would get from a 172, 2 or 3 more i was getting doing similar driving compaired to what id get in the 172, which makes it a strange choice when you have the dci to consider too. but anyone who cant afford to insure a 172 and doesnt want or is fed up of a 1.2 16v then try one of these.
