Numberplate size for 182 front bumper

What's the size for a number plate on the 182 front bumper so it doesn't sit below the insert? as the standard UK size sits a little below it and looks a bit odd IMO

Any links (or the sizes) to them would be useful, just normal plastic number plates no border etc

cool cheers lads just ordered myself a front and rear in a right sizes
