Nurburgring trip advice

Re: Nurburgring trip advise

We insured with Keith Michaels PLC

Its 600 for the year, and then an additional 60 quid per day at the ring.

Thats in my mrs name (she is 26 clean license) with IIRC 4 years no claims, with all mods declared (RS2, uprated suspension etc) and with me as a named driver (aged 37, 3 points on license currently)

Chip, do you know who of the guys you normally speak to at Keith Micheals?
one of my longest standing close mates has worked as a part of the company pretty much since they were founded, I could always have a word with him come policy renewal time ;)

they/he looks after all of our insurances.

Stay in Nurgurg town at the http://www.am-tiergarten.de/ This is where the PistenKlause is, so you can eat steak on a stone until you cant eat no more ;) Iv just put on 2kg in weight after my 6 day trip!!!

Added benefit is its only 2 min drive from the entry point for the Ring

I always stay here if in a group....

or if I am on my own I stay at the Lindner Congress as it has awesome selection of in room p**n! Think 36 channels of it and 12 of the channels are HD p**n... I stay in alot of hotels all around the world. This has best p**n hahah

Lee, is the Linder the new main flagship hotel that almost overlooks the Grand Prix circuit?
if so, that's we're we stayed last year, it's certainly a nice hotel.

Is the p**n free or is it pay per view like American hotel rooms?

Pay... but there was a discount package for the lot. I go for that!

This one Kelv.... Its kinda frowned upon by people to stay there as they are part of the whole corruption and fook ups that are threatening the Ring... but its nice place and has GOOOD parking for red cars :) (and p**n as we mentioned ;) )

Is the BMW Ring Taxi a must?

Ive been to the ring about 20 times now and never done it.

Im sure its good fun, but I dont really see how its a must, Ive been round in a few cars which are faster anyway so the taxi isnt the b-all and end-all

There are some good sites showing you how to get to all the viewing points, google them up next time rather than hunting, lol
