OBD Port Wiring

Hi Guys,

Im trying to wire in the MK2 OBD Port into my mk1 running an F4R.

I have wired Pin 7 from the OBD Port to Pin 56 On the ECU and
Pin 15 from the OBD Port to Pin 26 on the ECU

All as per f0xys wiring guide. Now I found a mistake with f0xys guide before and wanted to know if this was correct because when I plug in my RSTuner it cannot find the ecu and yes I have the ign on as well.

Any info would be great
