I think im gona start wrapping manifold tomoz nite, sat morn and see how far i get with 5 metres and work out how much more i need after that. I think i may paint it 1st with vht paint before wrapping it as it says it protects it. Anyone done this before?

I just popped into car and rally services in stafford to see if they could do a camber and toe setup as its easy for me to leave the car there when im at work. They do a full setup ( be better with coilovers ) with printouts etc for £70+vat. It seems quite exspensive but does that sound about right to people? Im going to look into this company as they could be very handy.

tahts quite cheap for full setup, just wheel alignment is £32 for customers, free for muccas , and £15 for any CS member that wants it.

This morning i decided to take my inlet off and hve abit of a spruce up in the bay so heres a few piccys.
Ive painted my rocker cover in vht paint and decided im goint to polish up my top inlets, so i got the wire brush out and the sandpaper but it wasnt coming off very well so i rang my mate about sand blasting and hes gona get it blasted for me. Nice easy way of doing it
Im going to polish my engine mount up aswel and a few other bits. The rain is on and off today so ive left it for now plus it will give my rocker chance to dry. Hopefully the results pay off

The idle has gone crazy since ive changed my inlets. Guessing its icv but its really doing my head in

if you need to clean them use washing up liquid, works a treat. compare them to the ones on the car to learn where they go and to make sure they are all the right ones and will fit properly.

im only off on friday mate. theyre not hard to fit at all. if its on original clips they can be a nightmare, especially the one from the bottom of the rad to the engine under the oil filter. cut my hands to ribbons!
