Offset for 182 (cup packs)

Hi guys, just been looking on the guides for this and it says the ET for the RS is:

Clio 2 2.0 RS 99> 4x100 35 to 42 60.1

I thought the cup packed 182 offset was ET48?

Can anyone clear this up for me please?
