Oil change now Cam Lobes are shiny

Did an oil change recently, put some expensive ELF Evolution in 5W40 that Renault recommended and a new Renault oil filter. However i`ve noticed after just running on it for a week my camshaft lobes look shiny now. Is this normal?? I always thought shiny engine internals was a sign of wear.

the shine may be the oil-film on the parts your seeing ; a good oil leaves a film ? Oilman will know exactly , this is the only reason i can think of
