how many litres do i need??? also should i use 1 of those supplements that "cleans" the engine b4 you take the old oil out???? the stuff you add to the old oil and run for 20 minutes b4 draining the oil out????

Not sure about the supplements - I'm pretty sure that you shouldn't use the flushing oil on it once you've drained the old stuff out though...

As for how much, I think the sump holds 4.5 litres (?) but with the filter and generally working round, I think you need about 6 litres.

But don't quote me on that! lol

Approx 12 pints if i remember rightly which is close to the 6 litres as mentioned above

Just use the dip stick to set the new level or measure what came out

5L does the job

Wouldnt use a flush, makes it sound shite, use Slick50 for a 1000 miles before the change if there is crap oil in there now, then use decent fully syth 5W-40 oil

5 liters is fine a but more 5.5 liters with filter and if you leave it to drip out I always kept a second container of oil in the car anway.
