Oil for a 2001 dCi

Can anyone recommend a good oil to use in the engine of a 2001 dCi? or even which oil Renault use in there? and also how often should this be changed, in terms of mileage?

the petrol ones (non 172) are every 2years or 18000 mles. would change it more lke once per year/9000 miles though. Diesel may be different though.
