Oil in plug holes!!

hi guys, took my pkugs out tonight to change them and 3 out of 4 pots was covered in oil. whats does this mean??

am i right in thinking the rocker cover gasket sometime causes this?

it sure does, so does the cam carriers but they rarely leak

Rocket cover seal needs changing not difficult to do and not that expensive.
