oil...in spark plug holes

ok . i had the top spark plug tray out the other day ( the one with all the lead slots on it ) anyways. ive had it back together . and the clutch cable snaped last night. so i replaced the cable today. took it for a drive and its misfiring prety badly. got the plugs out and theres 2 holes with a fair amount of oil in them. any ideas where it came from ?? solutions ?

Cam seals sound slike the've gone no huge either leave it or fix it new gasgets arn't much.
