OMP Clio specific seat subframes wount fit

  182 trackday racer
Removed original seats + plastic spacers under standard seats. However it seems like the OMP subframes dont sit right in a horizontal position. The checking it with a spirit level confirmes this. The side closest to the center of the car need to be spaced up by 23mm in order for it to be correct. Subframes come with no spacers or instructions so I find this very strange.

Has anyone else experienced the same kind of problem?

put the plastic spacers back in or stack some washers.
if you have side mounts, can you not level the seat by picking different mounting holes??

Did mine at weekend without problems, rubber spacers left in, washer under the bolt head and used the standard brass nuts that hold the standard seats down.

Pics might help mate

Because my pc have crashed I dont have propper images avaliable atm. So these will have to do.

On my order spec it says:

1 x BASE seat specific for Renault Clio (HC/779/D)
1x BASE seat specific for Renault Clio (HC/779/S)

Did check these numbers on the subs before mounting them. So they seem to be all good.

Using all plastic spacers wount help this at all, they are of different height and will actually make the problem even worse. Even if i only use the center of car plastic spacers its still needs to go up about 10mm further to be horizontal. Now i have the seat in horizontal position, by having no spacers on the outer mountings and 23mm alu spacers on the inner ones. Would be kind of sweet to get the seat position down by those 23mm!!

Cunney: Since my interiour was striped out I noticed the strange angle looking at the subs through the boot, otherwise I would not have noticed. Did you check yours with a level? If not are you able to do it?
