pads grinding

Mornin all.

Had my 12k service 2000 miles ago (4 months ago) and they said my front pads are 50% worn.

Now -when i come to a stop i hear a slight grinding noise ?

I do not drive fast at all.

Is this normal ?

How can you check them?

Will Reno check them at no cost ?

Mine does the same from the rear. I asked them to check them a few weeks back when they did they exhaust. They claimed they were fine.

Its in for its 12k service in a week so Ill know for sure then.

i have had grinding brakes in the past.....id get em checked asap B4 ya end up putting grooves in ya discs!!!!

Ok , i do nail it here and there, but you dont get chance much now with all the dam speed bumps and cameras everywhere..

Sounds like the pads are worn. id get them changed asap before they start to eat through the discs as well, which will cost a fair bit!!!
