Paint Code of My Car?

hi it's a black t reg mk2 ph1 clio 1.2 with a metalic kinda sparkle to it

what's the paint code so i can colour code my spoiler as it's just in a matt finish

any guides for painting it like what i need to do before priming and what sand paper etc etc?

Look for this oval in the driver doorway.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong but i think the paint colour and grade are where the 'ov727' is in this pic.
Here the paint grade is 'ov' and colour is '727'.
