Painted steels, winter wheel project

Hi, had this idea a few weeks ago to get a cheap set of winter wheels so that i dont damage my proper wheels in the ice and snow of winter (which happened last year )

So i went to the local scrappy to see if i could find a cheap set of wheels and i came away with some 14" steels. I had this idea to spray them up and make them look cool so i wouldnt mind putting them on lol. Anyway, heres what i made of them in 3 days....

I know they're not perfect, but for £40 who can argue lol. I love them anyways!

Not sure how they will look on the car mind, the white lettering/paint is maybe a bit ott for me, dependant on the car of course

Thanks, yer i love hotrods and oldksool so was kinda inspried by them lol. Yer im wondering what they will look like on my car because its blue, so they might clash....ill get them on tommorow hopefully, its too cold and wet now.

TBH having seen the car in the metal, I think it'd look kinda cool. It divided opinion (but different always does!) but the general consensus was it was all a stupid idea that looked pretty cool!

I think they'll suit it!

Havnt fitted them yet, still got one more to do and ive had lots of revision and work to do recently but will get it done soon enough.

Thanks for the comments though, was just a fun little experiment really, i enjoyed doing it aswell
