Palmersport 2118'2 - where to buy from?

Have already put a wanted thread about these but curious where the best/cheapest place is to get them new? I've seen that D4ve has bought a few in the past, I think they were £110 each at the time??

Also, is it better to go for 195 or 205 tyres? Both looks and handeling wise.
