park plugs

hi lads quick ? wot spark plugs should be fitted in my 172.and why also tyres thanks the missus thinks i should put any old sh*t on pls explain why this is not a good idea.are lazer platinum any good.

NGK PFR6E-10 spark plugs fitted as standard . I'd stick with either the original continental tyres or Michelin Pilot Exaltos , PE2's .
