Paypal verification??!!

just rung out of money on paypal and it says i have to become verified so ive done step 2 and 3 but 1 is bank funding or something and requires direct debit!!

Whats this all about?theres stuff i wanna buy off ebay but cant pay for it unless i do it will they charge me extra??help

It's quite simple. To combat money laundering once you've spent/transfered/withdrawn so much money you have to prove who you are, hence the verification process.

yes, done it once before and did it again today, don't like the idea of setting up direct debits, all it takes is a sale to go pear shaped and they have a free rein to take money off you. Close your account and start a new one.

cant be arsed with all these direct debits ill have to start checking my bank more often then!!can you use the same card and the same email tho?

just tried this but my sending limit is still really low, £8 to be exact do i have to use different email/password and card???

I know some people don't like paypal but I do. Once you have got over a 50 rating feedback on Ebay Paypal insure any payments you make under £500 in case you get fleeced in a deal.
Fill in the direct debit form and you can make a nice tidy business selling things through ebay!
