People's Insurance on Dci 65 / 1.2 Model

Just wondering what people are paying on their insurance for this model?

I'm 19, 20 in March. Just gone through Confused.com for a quote and these were the only two quotes worth bothering with. I've been named on my mum's policy for the last 2 years and currently have 0 NCB's. Just had renewal under my mum's name for £616 so may aswell pay the extra for the NCB's alone.

Elephant - £774
Admiral - £789

Anyone know if either of these have better customer services, or are they just the same company with different brands.

never had any trouble with either compnay though although elephant have been more friendsly just depends who you get though

The last insurance on my dci 80 cost me £510 for the year
That's 5years NCB & 24yr old (at the time)

when i got my insurance for this year i was 21 (turned 22 since i renewed). cost me £265 for a 1.2 16v. my first year at 19 cost £650.

Insurance has slapped itself right up,

Was going to be purchasing 320TD and mum was going to cover insurance under her name for free. £707 up to £1500+

Utter savage.

Just tried that quickly and no insurer could quote me, guessing its because it asks if its modified but doesn't ask which mods you have done.

i'm with adrain flux and they're excellent, even with all the mods it's cheaper than anyone else as standard, £430, i am 26 now tho. paid £1200 when i had no ncb ugh
