ph1 172 air con and air bag

hi i'm after a clio 172, i been in touch with some one who is selling and he has come back with this -

"Only things 'wrong' with the car but easy to deal with are the airbag and SERV light on because it has an aftermarket OMP steering wheel. No air con, needs a condensor fitted and regassed. Never bothered me not having air con but thoght i'd mention it. Not got round to the airbag light yet as i'm in recovery from surgery from a broken ft, checked the Cliosport boards and it's a fairly easy job to do."

can any one shed ony light in the above, i.e easy fix, how much?

if air con didn't work for long time, compressor may have rusted inside
SERV light may be not so easy, if you wanted it fixed properly - 1st of all you'll need a steering wheel with airbag, then manuals say that airbag ECU and impact detectors have to be replaced with new and then status code be erased from main ECU. This is theory, People with practical airbag experience please correct me if needed.
