has anyone elses silver parts begunto go sticky? look like a lacquer is coming off.

Pretty much all of them, easy to refurb, i repainted mine and the centre console bit in ford silver.

The door trays go manky & look awful. As said you can strip them back & refurb them. Ford moondust silver is a pretty spot on match.

Moondust silver is the one i used come to think of it, nice bright silver with a couple of coats of laquer.

Lower dash has to be removed, even then i'm not 100% sure the centre comes out. I just masked up very carefully and covered the seats with a sheet.
