Ph1 172 Interior in a Ph2

I am looking at buying some ph1 172 interior for my 2003 ph2 1.2.

Will this be a straight swap?

Just the seats (both front and rear).

Yeah it's a straight swap minus the front doorcards. The dashboards are different, the ph2 door cards indent at either side of the dash when the door is closed, but the ph1's are different.
