Yeh I was kind of hoping to see a few more of the Clios out on track. Went pretty well. Stopped about 7.40 as it was making an odd noise and it was chucking down but other than that was good. According to my lap timing I managed a 36s lap:tearsofjoy:

Aye it got pretty slippy, stayed out until the flag but wasn't going fast at all by then.

Most folk didn't seem to want to play. And every time I seen someone who Did, either I was coming in or they were. Did you break yours? I seen you under it at one point

@Djw John as garry said above i have a silver ph1, had no plates on and full silver cage.

Yeah the gearbox was making a loud clunk when down changing into the hairpin so came in to have a look. gearbox oil all over the place so new box time. Has been whining all year so its been coming

It's been quiet in here for a while. TBH, I haven;t even looked at the car all winter. So thought I should get it a wee treat in time for this years track days.
Now that it's here, I'm not sure wether to fit it or hang it on the wall in the living room :hearteyes:

Yes. I fitted the jenvey linkage kit. It's not cheap but IMO it' required. Otherwise it sticks open a lot and is very difficult to be linear with

It also makes the cable route a lot nicer

You also need a different throttle quadrant. Nick supplied it for me. I got my TPS from him too

I’m wanting to get a new head as I’m due belts..I just have a standard head and cams. Just interested in what you have gone for?

As much as I'd love a PMS cmc head, I just can't justify that cost. It's a hand ported head with Supertech valves and a pair of Engine dynamics cams. It's previously done 235bhp, and I've had it rebuilt so hopefully will be able to manage similar

I've been wanting to buy a new harness for a while but the one I had was perfectly good. Having bought a Hans device earlier this year, it seemed to make sense to buy a Hans harness now

Also got myself a Summit technologies raptor for the steering wheel. This lets me wirelessly control everything in the interior. This is all part of my interior wiring reduction which is about to come up very soon ?
