Ph1 track/weekend wip

Picked this up off a mate of mine (mattygreen) as he fancied a change and bought a newer cup, basically he told me a price I couldn’t say no to, so I quickly sold my 106gti and came over to the dark side!! Also have a sierra Cosworth and a fiesta TDCI van as a daily drive both been tuned and played about with, only had the 106 as a cheap weekend rag and to do some track days in but now replaced with the Clio!

The car has had 3 owners, done 68,000miles and has a folder full of history

current mods........all done be for Matty bought it!
· Blue wheel bolts
• Ktech coil overs with solid top mounts
• Front suspension fully poly bushed
• Front and rear strut braces
· 25mm H&R spacers (fronts)

· Carbon fibre engine cover (will be for sale soon)
· Bailey header tank
· Samco hoses

· Magnex exhaust with de cat (will be for sale soon)
· Standard air box with k&n filter
· Magnecor leads 8.5mm
· Walbro fuel pump
· 182 manifold and re-mapped to 198.9bhp with print out (will be getting it on a RR that I know is right as I’m not convinced it’s that power!!)

First things first some de chaving
Lose the bonnet spacers and ally aerial
Raise the back up 10-15mm as looks like I’m driving round with 10 bags of sand in the boot and a weekend of bufty bufty!

Love the Phase 1 172, can't wait to see it cleaned up. We need to see the other cars too. I,m an old ERST owner. I had 4 of them and still quite big into the performance fords. Are you going to be changing that exhaust? Reminds me of the old Remus systems. On a positive note, if you change it, you could use it to park thr 172 in

haha yer thats coming off and ill put a stealth box put on! will get some picks up in a day or so of other cars

He said lets see the pics of his other cars as he loves old fords so i gave a little treat lol is your eyesight going in your old age? Hope it doesnt affect your performance on track track your already at a disadvantage ;-)
