phase 2, 172/182 differences

any know the differences betwwen phase 2 172 and 182 drive shafts and stub axles.

is there any difference?
if so what?

i am a mechanic so provide as much info as you deem fit.

not sure about those specific parts, 182 cups and with cup packs had heavier hubs and wider track if that helps.
