Its a silver 03 plate, 2 owners fsh including cambelt and has 34000 on the clock..

He got the best car for the amount of money he had matey, yes he could have bought, say a 182, but it sounds like thias one is in VGC and thats prob the sensible choice to go with

yeah i didnt fancy a 182 to be honest and i got it from a dealer, i would say i payed the right ammout given the fsh and cambelt change.. im just trying to get to grips with all the gadgets lol

It seems quicker, but when i have raced 172's in my mk1 i beat them..my mates got a mk1 so we shall have a little play and see what happens

5k for a mint 2003 172 with full history an 34k is a good price it wouldn't have been a showroom condition 182 for that price i don' think,
I paid £3995 for my silver 51 plate ph2 172 with 40k, one local owner, full renault history etc looks and drives like new tbh miles better than some that i went to look at on 03/53 plates so good buy mate im sure you will enjoy
