only mods are 16v mirrors, 16v spoiler and some turbines.

resprayed both bumpers myself (originally had the non-colour coded ones on )

last thing i suppose would be to have it lowered slightly, but i want to get the turbines refurbished first. was thinking of doingt them white, but seeing them in this grey colour, they look quite swish!

any opinions? :)

cosmetically, just a slight lowering :)

i do, however, have to change the manifold and engine mounts.

they will be done next month, when equipment is free :)

It's an RT? I thought RTs came with colour coded bumpers / mirrors? Mabye that was just later ones...anyway; looks beasty :]

loving it ollie! thats the plan :)

its been in a front end accident (can tell from the engine bay - replaced (newer) parts), so im guessing thats whoever repaired it just put standard bumpers on. You can also see my bonnet is mis-aligned slightly. and its starting to rust inside. might just have to replace it with a 16v one soon ;) just dont know how to transport a bonnet :S

and i don't think the RTs came with colour coded mirrors. heat/electric, but not colour-coded... madness

you can fit them in the back of a clio:)

that is *very* convenient to know!

woulnd't have thought they would. my brother used to have an x-reg almera and needed a new bonnet. it didnt fit in the back. had to get roof racks in the end!

i'm even more tempted to get a 16v bonnet now! it *is* a 1.8 after all ;)

Looking good.

Yep, they'll fit in the back (mine did).

Here's a cheeky photo of mine to give you an idea of how a Valver bonnet looks on a 5 door:

nice :) have you got a bigger pic of it?

Just started refurbing the turbines, so back to 165/65/14 steelies :(

sanding the holes in the turbines is proving impossible. almost done 1 wheel, but not looking forward to doing another 3! might go and buy a dremel :p
