Points help

hi all... this maybe drawn out a bit but really want someones advice if poss.. here goes.. When i was a silly youngster i managed to get 2 bans.. here is the info on them both:

1) SP50 - OFFENCE DATE : 13/06/01 - 56 day ban - no points

2) SP50 - OFFENCE DATE : 15/12/01 - 7 day ban

a few questions on them, ill letter them so its easy to answer if you can.. thx. a). When can i get these PHYSICALLY OFF my license? - b) is the time for the points to be removed from the time of OFFENCE, CONVICTION, OR SENTENCED date? - c) the 2nd endorsement is just written on in ink and the first has been typed.. a silly thought, but if i sent away for a new license then would the written one remain on the new copy??? sorry to be a pain, i just need to know as its pretty important... thanks all for your time

Conviction????.. damn, theres almost half a years gap between offence and conviction on one of them!... rarr, i was such a nobbie!!!

And thanks james.. thought that would be the case - some fool told me otherwise!.. i was thinking that there **********MUST********** be a computer database somewhere with everyones convictions etc on it... He was having none of it though and saying something about "data protection act".. wierdo..
